As a former Chief Strategy Officer at Churchome, I connected strategy, operations, finance, donor development, and people. I designed and built Pastor Chat’s digital care infrastructure from scratch, equipping 90+ staff and 30+ volunteers to support 85,000+ care conversations. I also led execution of Vision Summit donor retreats that helped raise $5.1M across two retreats.
